I almost passed over this beauty because I normally like more complicated dials such as chronographs. While searching the web for watches, every time I saw this watch I stopped and stared. This watch is art in simplified form. It doesn't even have a second hand! The big black face and narrow bezel showcase the oversized arabic numerals and large markers all done in luminous green. Everything you see on the dial is luminous, and I mean everything!- including the divers helmet, the Invicta name, every letter, and even the date window is outlined. To top it off the entire face is encircled with a luminous band. Awesome. No other watch lights up like this one. On the side of the case opposite the crown is the engraved Invicta name. The rubber strap is high quality and extra thick. The bezel, case, barrel inserts, and buckle, have the appearance of polished black onyx against the flat black color of the strap. The coin edging around the bezel looks great from the side. Another thing Invicta is doing right is that as they make the larger watches they are keeping all of the dimensions proportional. As they get wider they also increase in depth sitting higher on the wrist. I've seen other brands that look like little flat pancakes from the side. Not appealing to me. Invicta watches are great quality overall. If your getting into large watches no one has more styles than Invicta, and that goes for their regular size watches as well. By the way I have a 7 1/4 inch wrist which is small, and I can wear up to 52mm in the Invicta line. Don't be afraid to give the larger watches a try. Good luck!

Ordered this watch for myself (great price BTW, only 74.99$ on promotion from Amazon, free shipping too).
Seems that production of this watch shifted from Swiss to somewhere else, since the dial on the watch that I got says "Swiss Movt" instead of "Swiss Made" as pictures suggests.
Dial is also is no longer made from see-trough material as reviewed by earlier buyers.
Otherwise the watch is great looking kinda heavy compared to my other watches and gets compliments from people. Keeps accurate time so far. No problems with dust under glass or anything.
Double date complication is nice also.
I'm thinking about ordering some more watches from Invicta in the future.

Invicta does it again, a great looking larger watch that turns heads and for a great price. I loved the design of the watch and the strap. The glow in the dark is awesome. The only set back to this watch is the length of the strap. This watch needs to be worn on larger wrists or the length needs to be extended to a 10 inch strap.

This is really nice, and a great deal at the 89.95 price i paid. It's a swiss mov't, not swiss made like the picture shows (and another one i bought earlier did say 'swiss made' on the dial, not 'swiss mov't'), so i don't know if it's assembled at the repair center or what. But it's just fine. It seems to be very good quality. The best one is the russian offshore diver, when it's on sale. That one is a substantial piece that you will have always.

this watch is simply amazing! The picture does it no justice. It came well packaged and when I finally was able to open the box, WOW! Stunning time piece, better than I hoped for. I wore it out the first day I recieved it and I got unlimited amounts of stares and compliments! Actually it was more like gawking! If you are looking for a BIG face watch, you have it right here!! Awesome, awesome watch.. I needed a rugged watch since I work in the EMS field, and it survives it all..
