I'm stunned by all 5-star reviews. I think it's a 2 or 3-star watch at best. But I'm a bit ticked off that Amazon charged me for return shipping (after delivering it to a wrong address). So... 2-stars it is.
Now, more on the watch itself...
First of all, THE SIZE. The watch it's simply too big. I'm a big guy myself, but this thing looks ridiculous on my hand. Sure, people would notice it, but then again: if you hang a cuckoo clock on your chest, it would be hard to miss, too.
Secondly, the shape. If you look straight down on it, the case is almost as wide as it is high. If you look from the side, it stands pretty high off your wrist, too. The squareness is quite prominent in the shape of the case.
Thirdly, the rectangular dial may look unusual, but the minute marks are now distributed unevenly along the perimeter. Because of that, it's rather difficult to tell minutes, especially when the minute hand is near each of the four corners.
And, finally, I think the designers spent majority of their time on its front, and placed very little effort on its sides. So, the watch is rather plain-looking from either side. And, for a timepiece of this size, it's quite noticeable.
Comparing it side-by-side with my Invicta 4736 (an earlier model similar to Invicta Men's Specialty Mechanical Watch #4735), this watch feels like a few steps down.

I also bought this watch for $89.99 free 1 day shipping . Placed order on 12/23 and arrived right on time for Christmas. Definetly a good buy , love the winding mechanism( no more battery replacements !! ) and the see through face . A head turner , trust me people will be asking about at this watch left and right , and for the price you just cant go wrong ( even comes with msrp price tag showing $495, you could really fool some people LOL). I will start off by saying that this was a fantastic buy. I got this watch for $89.99 with Free 1-Day Shipping; no complaints here at all. The watch arrived on time and everything was in superb shape. The watch itself looks very nice, you could pass it off as a more expensive watch. The only difference I noticed between the watch and the pictures here is that the gold is a bit brighter/more yellowish in the pictures. The watch is a bit large and the weight of the watch is definitely noticeable, but it is certainly not over the top. It is a mechanical watch, so you will have to wind it which some of you Quartz movement fans might not like, but there's nothing quite like owning a good mechanical watch when you take the small steps to properly care for it. Unless you REALLY need a watch to be Quartz movement or the person you are buying a watch for is not a fan of gold, I would strongly recommend buying this watch while it is a steal. Even if it was $400-500, I would consider buying this watch.

Huge and very very heavy watch for real man, when I wear this giant - chicks keep asking me about it, I'm from Europe (Poland) so this exemplar is very rare and impressive. This is my first Invicta watch and Im sure it won't be last one...
