"Not for the practical buyer" 2009-11-16
By Max
I'm going to cut right to the point. Everyone's complaints about this watch fogging up after a few weeks is absolutely true. Dont think that its just a fluke, this watch will fog up inside. Its not horrible, you can still see the time just fine, and it is still attractive, but it is disappointing.

That being said, the first week that I owned this watch was easily worth 100 of the $160. The dial is a brilliant deep blue. Before it fogs up, the watch just glows in the sunlight. Sitting in the car, the reflection from the sun will put a nice bright blue spot on the door. This watch is simply stunning. It is so beautiful it beggars belief.

Even with the moisture on the inside of the crystal, it is attractive. It is so sad and disappointing to see the fog in there but the watch is just beautiful enough to barely make up for that fact.

The movement is reliable and it runs a little fast. It is an incredibly neat watch to own. The exhibition case back is especially nice. I am glad I bought it.

But beware: Buy this watch for its emotive properties. If you are looking for the most practical watch, don't get this watch. If it seems silly to you to buy a watch that will fog up don't get this watch. If you want a watch that appeals to your emotions however, this fits the bill perfectly. It is a timepiece that you will be proud of.

 "Amazon has best value" 2009-01-14
By Pierre A. Hill (York, PA United States)
This is my second Invicta Watch and I love it! It is a man's watch because of it's heft: 15 mm thick. When I was shopping, I typed in Invicta into Google and came up with thousands of distributors. The first one wanted $149.95 and then the second one wanted $129.00. Not too bad for this particular watch. Then I remembered Amazon. Their price was $119.95 and because it was Christmas, free shipping. When I proceeded to checkout, and hit "enter," I was shocked to see that it was "$30.00 off." That made the final total an amazing $89.95!!! How sweet is that!?! You can't beat that anywhere. I will now shop Amazon first for the best value.

"Looks better in real than photos" 2008-09-19
By JPR
I had this watch for a while. I think photos don't look so good as the watch in real. It's also bigger than it looks. Solid, stainless steel, not heavy. The embossed numbers in the dial look strong.

Some friends found it very nice. Would like to see it with saphire crystal for a complete 5 star ranking. Price is great, very cheap for what you get.

 "great value" 2007-11-25

This watch is HUGE...looks great, not real fancy, but well built and solid. Uses the 21 jewell miyota japanese movement so should be more than reliable. Invicta makes a good product for the money!

 "Husband loves it!!" 2006-01-05
By G.R. (San Lorenzo, CA)
My husband is very picky. He LOVES this watch. He has gone through a lot of them and loves that it's dressy yet casual and can wear it anywhere. He loves that it's a substantial weight and the bracelet came extra long. He's 6'2 and "large boned". Had a watch repair shop take a couple links out for only $5. Great investment.
